These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between ek 333 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("Member", "you"). These Terms apply to all services, products, games, betting activities and promotional offers on ek 333.

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited. Multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method also fall under this policy.

ek 333 reserves the right to verify the identity of members, particularly during the withdrawal process. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• Scans or clear photos of both sides of the National ID card (NID)
• Photo of the relevant pages of a passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Recent proof of address document (where applicable)

Submitting false information or forged documents will result in the account being closed immediately and action may be taken under applicable law.

6.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the ek 333 platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks).

• Deposits must always be made from an account in the same name as the ek 333 account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

6.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification is delayed.

6.3 Transaction Review

ek 333 reserves the right to review any unusual transaction. If fraud or system abuse is detected, the associated funds may be held until the investigation is complete.

ek 333 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that should be read carefully before accepting.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering must be completed.

7.2 General Bonus Terms and Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless a specific offer permits it.
• Bonuses have a fixed claim period; if the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If there is any indication of system abuse, ek 333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus without notice.
• A bonus is not a free reward — it is a promotional benefit subject to conditions.

7.3 Cashback (VIP Members)

VIP members receive cashback at a set rate on their weekly net loss. A maximum of 0.3% applies at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level and 0.8% at Gold level on a weekly basis. Cashback is calculated based on total losses minus total winnings for the week.

All games on the ek 333 platform are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed before the game begins.

• The outcome of every bet is entirely random and not predetermined.
• If a game is cancelled mid-way due to a technical error, ek 333 will resolve the situation where recovery is possible.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In sports betting, winnings are calculated only after the match result is confirmed.
• If a bet is in progress and an internet connection issue occurs, the outcome will be determined according to the server record.

8.1 Betting Limits

ek 333 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting event. ek 333 reserves the right to change these limits at any time, but such changes do not apply to bets that are already active.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Exploiting system or game rules to meet bonus wagering requirements through manipulation.
• Operating multiple accounts or logging into another person's account.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
• Registering while concealing that you are under 21 years of age.

ek 333 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or account deletion request).
• If an investigation is required for legal or security reasons.

10.1 Self-Exclusion and Breaks

If a member wishes to stop playing for a set period on their own initiative, they may contact the support team to request self-exclusion. This service is handled in complete confidence.

ek 333 accepts no liability for the following:

• Financial losses caused by a member's own negligence or mistakes.
• Changes to game outcomes caused by third-party software issues.
• Problems caused by internet connection interruptions.
• Security risks arising from a member's device or software.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances.

ek 333 always strives to maintain service quality, but temporary disruptions may occur during technical maintenance or upgrades. In such cases, members will be notified in advance whenever possible.
